Sweet Things
There are times when my sweet tooth activates. I don't fight it, I just let it happen. Most often I can't eat all of whatever the sweet thing is anyway, as my body has gotten used to healthier things. I've found that not depriving myself of things I once ate on a regular basis, keeps me from gorging. My stomach can only take so much of it. Eventually I won't desire any of these things. Total Holistic lifestyle loading. #thatsurthurty
