I've been on sabbatical and a great part of it has been me taking care of my health. My weight spirals out of control due to stress and emotional eating, of which I had no clue that I was an emotional eater.
Now that I know, I'm doing something about it through self accountability. There are steps and actions I have put into place and thus far my attempts are effective. One step that I've taken is tracking what and how much I eat. I still continue to eat the foods I like, but in moderation.
The meal pictured is grilled Eggplant and
yellow squash, topped with shredded cheese and 2 eggs over easy. My sabbatical continues.......#thatsurthurty
