I most often cook my vegetables in either of my Wok's. I chose the cast iron Wok for these veggies. The cast iron cookware enables the vegetables to cook thoroughly allowing the full natural taste. Little to no seasoning is needed, but most often times I season my food with Kaja's Flavor Paks. I used Kaja's spicy seasoning on these veggies and they taste absolutely delicious. Grilled Vegetables = 43 Calories
