Continuing with and maintaining good vegetable intake, I juice just about all my produce to make sure I'm getting the proper amount of nutrients in my body. I don't have any recipes , I go by feel and experimentation of fruits and vegetables I like, ensuring I have a variety of; red, orange, green and yellow. This is my green mixed with oranges, lemon, pineapple and ginger. Taste very good. #thatsurthurty
