Eggs and Noodles. #thatsurthurty

 

I love Asian Food. When I can't get the authentic kind, I make a bootleg version of my own. Yaki' Mondu, Bulgogi, and Raymeon with Eggs are my favorite. 

The authentic Korean Store is 30mins away from me and I haven't been there in a while and am out of all ingredients, so these bootleg noodles will have to do.  I'm not a big fan of them due to the amount of sodium and lack of pure rice and wheat. Some noodles sold within local grocery stores are rumored to be plastic.

As soon as possible I'll be making that 30 minute drive to stock up on my favorites.  I don't want to become slack in maintaining good blood pressure readings by eating too much of things that aren't good for my health. #thatsurthurty
