Spinach Salad for the win. There may be some people who wouldn't consider this a healthy salad with all that I have on it, but, I'm not concerned of what others think. This salad is just how I want it and is enough to carry me through the day as I'm not sure of the next time I'll eat. I had a good one hour cardio work out this morning and this salad is what I desired for breakfast; Spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, bacon bits, seasoned croutons, and blue cheese salad dressing. Now on to my day....
