Stretch Day...thatsurthurty

A few more pounds down, yet there are still some poses I struggle with due to my midsection.  The overhang is ridiculous and I have to continue to correct it until it's gone.  Cardio and strength training by way of calisthenics is the way I'm achieving success.  Slow and moderate success, yet achieving it.  I most definitely don't want to drop weight too fast without my muscles being able to build and strengthen along with it.  The one thing I don't want is saggy skin, another thing I refuse to have is bulky muscles.  I want to keep that feminine quality and the use of my own body weight instead of free weights will do just that.  Slow, not easy, is the way#thatsurthurty
