I'm thankful that I've established a habit of prepping and eating vegetables. It's so much better for my health and has helped aid my weight loss. This mix of vegetables is; Zuchinni, Red Cabbage, Green Cabbage, Yellow Squash and Yellow Onion. Very good. I also used drippings from some chicken wings I fried the day before adding more flavor and seasoning. I simply cut all the vegetables up, seasoned them, then allowed them to boil down until tender. I prepared enough to last me a full week, this helps me to avoid snacking and eating things that are not beneficial for me. I can simply reach in the fridge, grab a bowl of veggies and heat them in the microwave. Just that easy.
