I have come to love vegetables and eat them for every meal. For my breakfast and post workout meal I'm having Zucchini with a touch of Mushroom Soy Sauce. The Tortilla's are substitutes for any type of bread, although I eat flour Tortillas on occasion.
I braised the Zucchini, not fully frying or steaming them in efforts not to deplete the Zucchini of the benefits it provides; heart, digestion, and eye health, aides in weight loss. And yes, I have noticed an improvement in all these areas. I washed it down with a Tea that consists of; Ginger, Lemon, Tumeric, and Clove Honey. All juiced except for the Honey of course😉.
