I'm thankful that I've established a habit of prepping and eating vegetables. It's so much better for my health and has helped aid my weight loss. This mix of vegetables is; Zuchinni, Red Cabbage, Green Cabbage, Yellow Squash and Yellow Onion. Very good. I also used drippings from some chicken wings I fried the day before adding more flavor and seasoning. I simply cut all the vegetables up, seasoned them, then allowed them to boil down until tender. I prepared enough to last me a full week, this helps me to avoid snacking and eating things that are not beneficial for me. I can simply reach in the fridge, grab a bowl of veggies and heat them in the microwave. Just that easy.

Afternoon Ride. 9Miles.#thatsurthurty
To exercise daily is once again a part of my regimen. Haven't done it in over 20 plus years but hey....never too late to start again. I've gone back to my military discipline of daily physical fitness. I'm not at the level I was then, yet I am working and reclaiming my physical health.
