Had the taste for Tacos but didn't want any Beef so I went with Chicken and Homemade Slaw that consists of; Green Cabbage, Red Cabbage, Carrots, Honey Mustard and Thousand Island Dressing. I eat what I want in moderation. The calorie intake is low.......1 Fried Chicken leg/no skin/no coating 119 cal 2 small flour tortillas(90 x2) 180 cal

Honey Mustard Dressing (1 serving) 90 cal
Thousand Island Dressing(1 serving) 100 cal....Total 489 calories.
The bonus with this is I can eat the Slaw alone as I have plenty left over in the fridge. Also, I washed it down with Hibiscus Tea. Eat to Live. #thatsurthurty
