Good Ole' Fish Samich....#thatsurthurty

I've been wanting some Fish for a while. Catfish is what I prefer but I will eat other types of fish from time to time and on this day I chose Swai; Vietnamese Catfish. I pretty much season it the same, just have to fry it a few minutes longer.  On this morning I fried a couple of pieces, topped them with some Homemade Slaw, and put them in between two pieces of Wheat Bread without the edges.  And yes...it did my heart and stomach just fine as this is another low calorie meal.

Homemade Slaw(red cabbage, green cabbage, carrots)   0 cal 

Dressings 190 cal

Vegetable Oil 120 cal...total 590
