Maintaining Good BP...thatsurthurty
Haven't been eating the most healthy of foods, but I have been consistent with my exercise and maintaining good BP readings. When my doctor first suggested BP medication, I quickly told

That conversation took place about 2 years ago. My way proved to be far better than the doctor. So now I have to find what works for my body in regards to weight. I most definitely need to drop more pounds and to never pick them up again😂. I've never been a gym buff or even a person to work out everyday, so on the days I do work out, I make them count. I have to work on toning my body as well. It's a process, but, I'll get it done. I encourage all to take control of your health and not allow your doctor to dictate what goes on with you. If you prevent health issues now, you won't need the help of a doctor later.#thatsurthurty

Spinach Breakfast Salad.....thatsurthurty
Spinach Salad for the win. There may be some people who wouldn't consider this a healthy salad with all that I have on it, but, I'm not concerned of what others think. This salad is just how I want it and is enough to carry me through the day as I'm not sure of the next time I'll eat. I had a good one hour cardio work out this morning and this salad is what I desired for breakfast; Spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, bacon bits, seasoned croutons, and blue cheese salad dressing. Now on to my day....
