The bonus with this is I can eat the Slaw alone as I have plenty left over in the fridge. Also, I washed it down with Hibiscus Tea. Eat to Live. #thatsurthurty
I fell in love with Samosa about 3yrs ago. There are 3 kind my taste buds have been introduced to; Beef, Chicken and Vegetable. Vegetable is what you see pictured here. I only eat 2 at a time as according to the calorie counter I use is 260 each, so I have to be careful with my intake.
Whichever Samosa I eat, its alone and washed down with a Tea. On this day I'm having Ginger Tea, Ginger that I juiced, not the juice in the store. That juice is tampered with of additives and sugars. That defeats the purpose of having a healthy Tea that's working for your body as opposed of working against it.
I keep a log of all that I eat and drink. Keeping track is crucial for me as I'm still learning what works for me in regards to burning calories and weight management. Keeping a log is something that I was always against until I noticed the scale wasn't either moving, or going up instead of down, so I disciplined myself to log daily. It is a great help.
I encourage all who read this to discipline yourself in all you do, especially your health. #thatsurthurty
